As Executive Director, Lee Chow Aun provides strategic oversight for all projects and is personally involved in key client engagements, tender reviews, and critical milestone approvals. His direct leadership ensures that Logikontrol's standards of quality and reliability are upheld from the boardroom to the construction site.

Wee Juann Dowe is the driving force behind on-site construction execution. As Project Director, he oversees all active construction operations, coordinates between engineering teams, and ensures that every project meets its milestones on schedule. His hands-on approach means he is regularly present at project sites, reviewing progress and resolving technical challenges in real time.

Senior Contract Manager
Manages all contractual frameworks and negotiations for major projects. Chin Kui Hin ensures that every agreement protects the interests of both Logikontrol and its clients, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and government procurement standards.
Contract Manager
Supports the contract management function across multiple concurrent projects. Lee Hock Mun handles day-to-day contract administration, progress claims, and ensures all documentation is maintained to audit-ready standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Quantity Surveyor
Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control across all projects. Eyu Wei Jian ensures that every project is delivered within budget through meticulous quantity take-offs, value engineering reviews, and proactive cost monitoring from tender to completion.
Project Manager
The primary point of contact for day-to-day project operations. Wan Saupi manages site activities, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures that construction progresses safely and on schedule. His field experience and organizational discipline keep complex projects running smoothly.
